This Privacy Notice explains what happens to any personal data that you provide directly or indirectly to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit www.albareverte.com and how we use cookies on this website.

With the purpose of running and maintaining our business, we currently collect and process the following information:

Bank account, bankgiro, swish number
Information submitted in a message to us
Your data is processed by our team in Sweden. We do not provide our own IT servers. However third parties shall not have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
How we use the information
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly or indirectly by you for one of the following reasons:
By sending email, calling, sending SMS or whatsapp or filling out our website contact form
By registering to our newsletter by providing your name and email address
Entering into a contract for a service we provide, including signing digitally documents and agreements necessary to provide the service
Paying via bank transfer, bankgiro, Swish, paypal or any other virtual payment solution.
We only collect the data that we require in order to communicate with you and/or respond to your inquires, perform our contract or agreement for sale of our products and services as well as to be able to deliver the services you have requested.
We never sell this information to any third party.
Only if you become a client of Alba Reverte Coaching, we may share your details with the International Coach Federation (ICF) for accreditation and continued personal development.
Confidentiality
As a Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Alba Reverte-Avila abides to ICF´s strict code of ethics, conduct and confidentiality. This applies to every communication we have during the coaching process in writing and verbal and weather it is conducted in person, virtually or by phone.
How long we keep the information
We keep your personal information provided by you directly or indirectly in secure servers and in secure storage and only for the necessary time period needed to fulfil our contract, agreement or legal obligations (e.g. accounting or tax obligations).
The information your provide and we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Any information obtained for use as a client during the coaching process, will be stored for one year from the end of your agreement.
After the relevant time period has passed we delete securely all identifying data weather in electronic, digital or paper form.
Your rights
Right to be informed of what information we store from you
Right to access: Ask free of charge for a copy of the information we store from you.
Right to rectification: Ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate or incomplete
Right to erasure: Ask to erase your personal information when the information is not necessary to comply with the purpose of processing. However, there might be legal obligations, for example accounting, financial and consumer legislations that might require to keep your information.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
